During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel facilities were also impressive, particularly the well-maintained swimming pools and pleasant pool gardens. Additionally, the breakfast and dinner menus offered a variety of delicious Italian and French cuisine.

The piano bar was available on the premises. We loved the fact that we chose europa terme. For sure we would stay here again.

The hotel had a good spread of food with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect as it was located in the centre of the town, close to shops and other amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms and facilities were relatively basic and didn't offer any extra luxuries. The Wi-Fi wasn't very strong in the rooms, making it difficult to stay connected. The pool towels had to be rented separately instead of being provided by the hotel.

This hotel provides a comfortable and relaxing stay for those interested in wellness treatments. the staff are helpful and welcoming. the hotel has a nice location near luxury shopping and nearby hills with wineries and inns to explore. the rooms are simple but functional, and the bathrooms are clean and spacious.

The only negative point is that the air conditioning can struggle to handle high summer temperatures. the hotel offers a good value for money with efficient WiFi, a good breakfast, and a great indoor pool and spa facilities.
